When I planned my first Russia tour, it was very time consuming and hotels were especially difficult to arrange.
When I arrived
- The Russia hotel was absolutely nothing like I was led to believe.

- Decide that you want help with tour planning.
- Decide that you want a Russia tour guide.
- Think of what you want to see and do
- Complete our surveys so we can understand your personal tastes and preferences
We will put
together a preliminary itinerary for your
Russia tour along with a cost associated
with the itinerary and e-mail this to you.
When you are
satisfied with the plan and the cost, pay a
20% deposit. At that time we will begin to
put your Russia tour plan into action by
- Reserving guide schedules
- Making firm hotel reservations
- Buying any event or train tickets needed
Please understand that, until we receive
a deposit, we simply cannot hold a
guide's schedule open, make reservations
or buy tickets. Our guides have a small
window of opportunity, in the busy
summer season, and a day held open that
does not materialize with a client is
impossible to recover.
